It probably happens to you quite frequently. You and a friend have a disagreement about an English football game. To verify who is right, you would probably ask a few people you know, check the newspaper, or wait for your local news or some other station broadcasting sports highlights. However, if the game that is the subject of your debate took place years ago, the resources listed previously aren’t the best method to obtain football results.
The Internet has become one of the most reliable resources for researchers and anyone needing information on a particular subject. There are numerous websites that provide English football scores. The problem with these websites is that they contain other information that can get in the way of you obtaining the scores that you desire. These websites are also known for adding their own biased comments. What you want are scores and records so that you can draw your own conclusions. The website extrasports.co.uk is unique in that it provides only scores for the two most popular English football competitions, one being the most watched in the world. This website features scores and records for both the Football Association (FA) Cup and the League Cup.
The FA Cup is the most popular football competition for several reasons. Probably the most common reason that people enjoy the FA Cup is related to how the competition is played. Unlike championship football in the states, the FA Cup features has more than 100 teams that are paired for competition on a random basis. A team with a worse record can ultimately eliminate a team that has a top record. The competition is referred to appropriately as a knockout competition.
The website extrasports.co.uk also contains statistics for the League Cup. This competition functions similarly to the FA Cup and is also referred to as a knockout competition. The main difference in the two competitions is that fewer teams, only 92, compete for the League Cup. This competition is not as prestigious as the FA Cup, but has a wide audience nonetheless.
In addition to providing a list of Cup scores, the website also provides some of the most interesting records, such as those for the League records that include “longest unbeaten start to a season,” longest sequence without a win,” “record league championship,” and “league championship triple runs.” These records quickly provide indications of which teams have been the most productive over the years.
Although the FA Cup competition has been in existence since the 1800s, the FA Cup scores for only seasons 1949-2000 are available on the website. These are the years when the competition became the most watched sport. You can also find the record number of Cup wins on the website. The League records include scores from competitions for 1950 - 2004 seasons.
Statistical information is not only valuable for verifying scores and records, but it can also be a valuable tool for analyzing a team’s performance. The records indicate a particular team’s weaknesses and strong points. You can easily become addicted to analyzing statistical information.
extrasports.co.uk concentrates on providing football statistics for the beautiful game of soccer.

The portable computer business has gone from strength to strength in recent times. Taiwan, which is the foremost manufacturing country of laptop computers is struggling with the demand at the moment. This is one business which in my opinion will not be affected with all the financial peril that seems to be going on. It’s a market which is also tough to keep up with it terms of technology because its developing all the time.
One of the rising trends is gaming notebooks. These laptops are also increasing in value because of the difficult competition faced from cheap laptops. With the advent of dual core processors, laptops are worthy of gaming. A couple of the problems like heat and noise still are present to a point but barely in the mainstream models. The cases are also pretty slick. Hardcore gaming enthusiasts will always like their desktop gaming machines for performance and rightly so but it’s the usability notebooks provide that influences people compromise on frame rates. I feel gaming notebooks are always exciting to hear about because they are always pushing the margins on mobile technology.
Power notebooks are typically custom built to the users spec. With popular brands you usually don’t have a clue what they fit into the notebook. By being able to take away some extras from the configuration you can actually save money on components you will not use. Laptops sold in stores are commonly made for the mass market and perhaps this isn’t you. Custom notebooks give a work around to this. You can a large number of companies who sell straight to the buyer so there are a lot of options as well. Yet an additional great reason.
The future laptop technology will be amazing. The latest trend along with those discussed seems to be low priced ultra mobile notebooks. Its crazy how 1 popular laptop has made a new market. These days people require slick laptop computers but they also desire massive screens. If we skip out processing speed I’m sure we would see those versions of notebooks today. It would hardly shock me to see minute gaming notebooks in the next 5 years time. I honestly can’t guess what to await aside from those ideas mentioned. Some Manufacturer is designing a notebook to be diverse in a crowed market.
I found a few really good cheap gaming laptops.

With our currency update last week we had some great trades and while we were right, we also know that if we were wrong, our risk was small for all trades entered.
We have had some fantastic profits last week but that’s the past, let’s look at the currencies this week and what we think will happen.
Our view last week was the longer term trend in the dollar was down and we would see this continue after, what was a good correction to the upside and we were proved correct.
As we said last week always look at the weekly chart to get the overall trend and the daily chart to time your entry. Let’s look at the majors and what lays in store this week and roundup last weeks action.
US Dollar Index
The correction ended dramatically and the dollar index is falling towards its lows. The double bottom at the lows is the target and a decisive break of these will see further weakness.
Traders should focus on getting in on this move on a bounce to the mid Bollinger band or a punch through the lows and a breakout to the downside. This market looks very weak so this is the way to focus.
British Pound
All trends are up hold longs. No entry at current levels as stochastics look very over bought. We will look at a dip to enter but for now no entry point, if you are in enjoy the ride.
Euro
A great move up last week. All trends are up and an advance to the highs is on after the currency punched through the mid Bollinger band. a Break of the highs will see a far bigger advance. Again same as pound no entry.
Yen
This currency long term trend is down (in contrast to the ones above on the weekly chart) and we have had a strong correction up to the 8800 level, this is the mid Bollinger band on the daily chart and also resistance on the weekly chart and if prices stall here we should see the yen retreat but odds are not clear just yet, what will happen.
If the yen cannot move strongly early next week look for a retreat back to the lows but wait for confirmation and a downturn on the stochastics ie a crossing with bearish divergence.
The commodity currencies
We all know that the commodity markets are booming and the Canadian and Australian Dollar can help you take advantage.
This week we will also look at the Australian Dollar as well as the Canadian dollar we looked at last week
Australian Dollar
The weekly chart shows a close over the mid bollnger band and the daily chart shows strength buy dip to the mid bollinger band or breakoput of the 7600 level. This currency should become a big bull market in the near future.
Canadian dollar
The lager of the all the positions we looked at last week. We are long but we could have a test of our entry at the double or triple bottom after Friday’s action. If you are looking to get in this is the area to target at present. The long term trend is firmly up on the weekly chart and this market should remain bullish for the foreseeable future.
Keep in mind!
Markets change quickly and this is snapshot of what we think before Mondays open. Keep in mind when trading these currencies:
1. Focus on the long term trend
2. Only enter at areas of clear risk reward and ALWAYS check short term momentum with the stochastic indicator ( ie its in your favor ) before trading either long or short. Always look out for stochastic crossovers with bullish or bearish divergence before entering
3. Set your stop in advance
4. Use at or in the money options for protection against volatile moves
5. Use chart support and resistance with bollinger bands to establish areas of entry.
The tolls above are simple as is the logic: Trade with the long term trend, bollinger bands and chart support and resistance to establish potential entry points and use stochastics to time entry.
These tools work in any market
We used these tools last week in currencies successfully and if you follow our other reports we also used them in unleaded gas, crude oil and copper for huge gains - they work in any trending market.
keep it simple for huge profits
Yes their simple but you can make huge profits as our recent updates show and keeping it simple is the way to go in trading, most traders think the clever they are with their method and the more complicated it is the more success they will have, but this is simply not true.
Keep it simple trade with the odds and it will elad you to big gains!

An aspheric lens is one of the lightest weights of all lenses. They are available in bifocal or single vision prescription eyeglasses. The Allyl Resin plastic lens is also very light in weight. They do not offer the protection from ultra violet rays that other lenses offer. The best lens on the market is the High index plastic lens. It offers the highest level of ultra violet ray protection. It is light in weight and thin. It is also the most expensive lens to purchase, but by far it is the highest quality lens, as well.
There are also many different coatings that can be applied to your prescription eyeglasses. It can be done by the lens manufacture or at most Optometrist offices’. Photo chromic coating adjusts to the intensity of light that it is exposed to. The come in brown or gray tint, and are available in glass or plastic.
Polarizing lens coating is a very popular request. They are excellent at blocking out blue light. They come highly recommended by boaters, skiers, and people who spend allot of time driving. The glare is reduced as well, making all these activities easier on the eyes.
Mirror coating is another type of coating to be applied to prescription eyeglasses. It is like looking through a two-way mirror, thus reducing a person’s vision to an extent. They are available in many colors and they do not allow much heat to enter the eyes due to the fact that they are reflective.
Scratch resistant coating is almost always applied to the front and back of the lens. It helps to reduce accidental scratches and makes the lens more durable.
The last coating is the anti-reflective coating. It greatly reduces reflection as it allows more light to pass through the lens.

Best Travel Resources | 23 June, 2008
I was going to visit Barcelona, Spain in February and meet up with relatives who had stayed there before. They had previously stayed at a reasonably priced hotel in the centre of the city.
I tried to find out more information on the Internet, but unfortunately they did not have their own website and was listed on one of those sites that you could add your own comments and photos to. The photos of the room (taken by a previous guest) did not too exciting so I searched the Internet for alternatives. Hotel prices in Barcelona appear to be fairly high, even in February so being resident in England and knowing that Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the UK and Ireland and the Chambre d’htes (equivalent) are good value tried searching for Bed and Breakfast accommodation in Barcelona.
I soon found a place that was in the city centre, had en suite accommodation and called itself “A comfortable, quiet and modern Bed and Breakfast in the most central place of Barcelona”.
Arriving at the place on a warm February evening, we were shown the place. 2nd floor apartment with a double room with en suite facilities, plus communal lounge, 2 further twin bedrooms and bathroom and a kitchen. The place looked like the good photos on the owner’s website. One thing was missing - Breakfast. Now in Britain and Ireland the B & B business has traditionally provided a cooked breakfast although more and more establishments are now providing a croissant/rolls and coffee/tea continental type breakfast, as you would find in France. In this Barcelona B & B after 5 nights stay there was no breakfast!
Upon my return home, I took another look at their web site. In small print was the phrase “Another advantage of this bed and breakfast is the full equipped kitchen where guests can prepare their own breakfast, lunch or dinner, or help themselves to cold drinks or fresh fruit whenever they want.” My comment would be - although a modern kitchen, it did lack anything to make coffee with (no kettle) only a saucepan and considering the accommodation was for two other double rooms as well, the two small cups would not be much use! The operators of such establishments in Britain, France and Ireland could not get away with this and in the UK could be prosecuted under the Trade Descriptions Act. On the 2nd March 2006, I decided to email them…
Dear Sir / Madam -You advertise “Bed and Breakfast” and when we stayed there for 5 nights in February, never had breakfast delivered. Surely you should not be advertising your place as a Bed and Breakfast unless you actually provide breakfast? - I look forward to hearing from you. Regards Philip Suter
At the 9th March 2006, I had still not had a reply. So much for good customer relations.
If you are booking such a place, confirm by phone or email that if they call themselves a Bed and Breakfast that they actually serve it. They did state on the booking receipt sent by email that they wanted to be paid on arrival. What they did not state, was that they would want 10 euros extra to process a credit card.
My relatives stayed at the “not too exciting” hotel, it was not luxurious, but had the owners portrayed it themselves on a website and shown the room we visited then we would have stayed there. The price was much cheaper than the B & B and you paid extra for breakfast. (But you would have got it) Take care on your travels and if someone is offering bed and breakfast in Barcelona be prepared, although you might get a bed you might have to find your own breakfast somewhere else.

Market | 20 June, 2008
It is almost like a dream come true. After working very hard at your business, you get a huge purchase order from one of your best customers. You can almost feel the sweet taste of success. Soon, however, reality sets in. If you are like most small to mid size businesses, you realize that you don’t have enough money to buy supplies because your suppliers are demanding advance payment. You now risk losing the order unless you find a way to finance it.
If your company has been in business for many years, is reasonably big and has a great track record, you will probable be able to get a business line of credit or a similar type of bank financing. If that is the case, you’ll be able to borrow money to pay your suppliers and fulfill the order. But what options do you have if you are a new business owner or if you run a small business that has no bank credit?
There is a little known and seldom used financing product that could help you in this situation. As a matter of fact, it could help you almost any time you have a big sale to a good credit worthy customer. It is called purchase order financing (also known as purchase order funding or PO funding).
Purchase order funding can provide you with the financing you need to fulfill orders from your large and best credit worthy clients. As opposed to most financial products, the only collateral that purchase order financing requires is the actual purchase order (and associated payments) from your client. The financing company will provide you with the necessary capital to fulfill and deliver the order. They get paid when the client pays for the order. This makes it an ideal product for small and mid size businesses who are growing quickly and need capital to deliver orders to their ever growing client list.
Who qualifies for purchase order funding?
Purchase order funding is ideal for companies that re-sell a finished product at a profit. For example, import-export companies, wholesalers and distributors can certainly use this type of financing. However, if your company buys a product and modifies it before re-selling it, most probably it will not qualify for this type of financing (there are exceptions).
Although purchase order financing can be affordable if your profit margins are right, unfortunately it does not come cheap. This is because most financing companies consider the transaction to be high risk. The total cost of the transaction, from start to finish, can be anywhere between 5% and 15% of the sales price. Because of this, purchase order financing works best with businesses that have profit margins of 25% or more.
Lastly, purchase order funding only works for commercial sales in which the purchasing company has a good commercial credit score (as most large businesses tend to have).
How does the purchase order funding transaction work?
The transaction itself is actually fairly simple. Once you have the purchase order in hand you contact the purchase order funding company to begin the process. The first thing they will do is verify the credit worthiness of your customer. If the credit review is good, the transaction proceeds as follows:
1. The financing company issues a letter of credit in favor of your supplier. The letter of credit states that payment is guaranteed, provided the supplier delivers the product according to the buyer’s specifications. Almost all suppliers accept letters of credit as payment.
2. The supplier manufactures the product and ships it to you, or drop ships to the buyer.
3. The buyer receives the product and accepts it. Your supplier gets paid by cashing the letter of credit.
4. Your customer pays for the order, usually 30 days or so after receipt. The financing company is paid back for its services and all remaining funds are yours.
One of the remarkable features of purchase order funding is that in most cases, the client has few out of pocket expenses. It’s truly a transaction where you can use other people’s money to grow your business.
Lastly, purchase order financing transactions are frequently integrated with invoice factoring financing. This is a widely used trick that can help reduce the cost of financing the transaction, thereby increasing your profits.

Management Parlor | 18 June, 2008
Electronic Document Management has been widely accepted as the practice of creating and storing documents. What lacks common acceptance is the need to retrieve, archive and sort documents as per requirements. With real estate costs climbing feverishly, and businesses process becoming more and more complex and demanding, the need to implement an integrated electronic document management
system is growing by the day. Realizing this opportunity, several global software vendors have come up with their document management products to facilitate this process and more and more organizations are implementing this system in today’s world.
It I important to understand what exactly electronic document management refers to and why is it so important to organizations, small or big. Electronic Document Management System refers to a system whereby documents are created, modified, stored, distributed, secured and retrieved with the help of software tools.
An organization must ponder several times and answer several questions before it goes about implementing a document management system. Some of the questions that must be asked can be:-
(1) Are your documents uniformly marked and stored for “finger-pointed” retrieval.
(2) Can you easily gather related documents that are physically distributed at different places.
(3) Can your personnel easily locate documents created or modified by others within the organization, regardless of the format and method of creation of the documents.
(4) How long does it take to locate the desired bunch of documents.
(5) Can you find a specific type of similar documents over a date range quickly and effectively.
(6) Can you track back the person responsible for handling any particular document.
Answering the above questions can easily help you take a decision. Also, to arrive at a conclusion, one must keep in mind the following characteristics of a suitable document management system.
(a) Should convert your office into a paper-less office by electronically keeping track of all documents.
(b) Should seamlessly integrate with your existing manual document management methods.
(c) Should help your business grow faster by ensuring fast and accurate availability of information.
(d) Should help you analyze the efficiency of co-workers by keeping track of documentation work allotted to them.

What was Allen about? Everyone is about something. Allen was about a person with a confused mind, (writing things from outer space: where he lived)
Yet knowing very little about what he was writing about (so I do believe); to be blunt, I doubt he cared one way or another what it was all about, as long as he got his bows in!
The old man, at 71, shit in his pants, perhaps had too much fat and salt in his diet; screwed too many young boys in the buttocks; perhaps it caused his heart and liver and lungs to weaken.
He wrote many things, poetry he called it, “Howl,” dramatic it was, but poetry it was not; perhaps just a bunch of howling, negative thoughts.
He wrote “Empty Mirrors,” poetry that was poetry, to any listening ears (when he was very young).
On his death bed (1997), he called all his friends, not sure what he had to say to them, perhaps, a simply “Goodbye, farewell;” he did believe he was his own god, and so I’m sure he built his own heaven, somewhere in hell.
During those last days, he was populoushe couldn’t jack-off anymore, it was limp, a limp prick…! That is what he left the living: live by the sword, die by the sword.
I wonder if he’d like to live in the slime he wrote, if so, it will coke him to death in haven…! In Hell, it will do well….

Note: What you have read is the surface of my feelings towards a poet’s poetry; but the problem of his poetry goes deeper (I am not trying to diminish any respectable reader’s pleasure in Ginsberg’s work ): but I do believe Ginsberg is by far the founder of Babel, incomprehensible, and his poetry meaningless. His poem Kaddish, like so many of his poems, is a piece of prose of assertions of the author being possessed; an obsession, confession, and he keeps talking as if he wants to build up a power house of excitment. I fear if that is what he thinks it takes to get the horse moving, it isn’t much. This kind of writng allows you to go on forever saying nothing, line after line after stanza. Sounds like a woodpicker. Because the poet says it’s true, doesn’t make it so.
